Discovery Conversation
Within 5 working days
A structured conversation with the Partnership Office — not a sales pitch. We discuss your goals, constraints, and alignment with the University's mission. If we're not the right fit, we'll tell you. This has been the outcome of every conversation to date, in the sense that no conversations have occurred.
Partnership Design
2–3 weeks
We co-design the engagement: scope, deliverables, timeline, pricing, and reporting cadence. Every element is transparent — you see what you're getting and what it costs before anything starts.
Activation
Within 30 days of agreement
Students are matched, projects are scoped, analytics pipelines are configured. The engagement begins with a formal activation meeting and access to your verified dashboard.
Delivery & Reporting

Review & Renewal
